We update you and the candidate weekly, flag any delays immediately and provide options for fast-track services where available. Your final Clearance Confirmation is issued as soon as all four pillars pass.

Bespoke roles or client policies sometimes demand an Enhanced DBS certificate. We manage this upgrade for a fixed, fully inclusive £150 per candidate—no hidden application fees added later. Once you approve the requirement in writing, our screening partner submits the DBS application, monitors progress and notifies us of the result. Typical turnaround is around fourteen days, although peak periods at the Disclosure and Barring Service can extend this slightly. The final certificate is shared securely.

The UK Home Office now allows fully digital Right to Work verification for British and Irish passport holders. Using certified identity software, Dayone guides each candidate through a quick selfie and document scan, then stores the resulting share code in your audit pack. For visas and other documents we still carry out manual checks over a live video call. Either way, you receive the statutory record confirming the date, time and outcome of every check.
