      Admin Heavy Lifting

      Asset and logistics coordination, collecting home address and mobile number, liaising with your IT team for laptop and equipment delivery
      Payroll data capture, securely collecting bank details, National Insurance number, P45 or New Starter Checklist, and emergency contact information
      All data collected via secure European-owned, GDPR-sovereign infrastructure and forwarded directly to your payroll team

      Legal and Contractual

      Contract drafting, preparing the employment contract based on your template, updated to reflect current UK employment law
      E-signature management, sending the contract securely and chasing the candidate until it is fully signed and returned
