Dayone Clearance was founded by Abu-Bakarr Kamara, a CIPD Level 5 qualified HR and compliance professional with over four years of experience across global technology, UK central government, and regulated financial services.

Having managed pre-employment vetting inside one of the UK’s most tightly regulated environments, and having coordinated recruitment operations at global scale, Abu-Bakarr saw the same problem at every level of business: organisations know they need to get compliance right, but it is specialist, time-consuming work that sits awkwardly alongside everything else a team is trying to do.
